Too bad I have not seen this before, I'm looking forward to using personas more. I have some experience with it, but the process can often become subjective and discussions occur on what the persona actually wants/represents. But with the addition of persona-weighted feature-matrix the process becomes more scientific and possibly more fun :) Very comprehensive!
